Juniata’s offense opens season in blistering fashion

MIFFLINTOWN – Bombs away!!!

The Juniata bats were working overtime Saturday afternoon as the baseball team dropped Sugar Valley 15-0 in just three innings.

On the mound, Juniata pitcher Dawson Harper pitched two innings striking out five and walking one.

Teammate Josh Bomberger finished things off on the Mound completing one inning and striking out two.

The trio of Jacob Condo, Jordan Dickinson and Ben Fry all finished with two RBIs each.

The Indians are back at it Monday at Line Mountain.

Juniata’s record is now 1-0.
