Juniata’s Stroup and East Juniata’s Strawser Compete at State College Indoor Track & Field Meet #1 Held at Penn State University

East Juniata’s distance runner standout Logan Strawser placed 2nd in the mile running a time of 4:36.97. Juniata Freshman Wyatt Stroup also competed in the mile event placing 12th with a time of 5:02.32.

Juniata/East Juniata distance coach Jeff Miller said “I thought Logan and Wyatt ran exceptionally well for there first indoor track race of their lives. They both are just coming back from a ten day break after post cross country season. They both came away from the meet feeling good about their first experience.”
Sean Adams of State College High School won the event with a time of 4:34.39. Thirty three boys took part in the mile race.
