Penns Valley falls to Huntingdon in marathon five-game win

Tuesday night, the Penns Valley volleyball team found itself in quite a battle when it went up against a tough Huntington team.

The game went to five before the Bearcats came out with the 3-2 victory over the Rams.

Huntingdon defeated Penns Valley 24-26, 15-25, 25-8, 25-16 and 10-15.

With the loss, the Lady Rams fall to 1-1.

Leading the Rams in Kills were Ella Hadley with 21, Ellie Coursen 8 and Laney Aston 5.

Ella Hadley led the team in blocks with three.

Hadley finished with 4 aces as Ellie Coursen tallied 3.

Julia Emel finished with 32 assists.

Rounding out the stats was Maddie Butler with 13 digs as Hadley and Ellie Coursen finished with 10.
