Penns Valley girls fall in a nail biter to Richland
SPRING MILLS – The Penns Valley Girls Basketball team found themselves in a nailbiter Saturday night against Richland, falling 47-46.
Offensively, the Rams were led by Lilly Smith’s 13 points.
Teammate Kayla Hopkins second high-scorer with 11 points.
Rounding out the double-digit scorers was Ellie Romig as third high-scorer with 10 points.
With the loss the Rams fall to 6-9 and a league record of 5-7.
Next up for Penns Valley will be Thursday, January 25th at Bellefonte. JV at 6 pm and Varsity at 7:30 pm.
