Penns Valley girls win crucial contest in nail biting fashion over Tyrone

The Penns Valley Girls Basketball found themselves in a thrilling contest against Laurel Highlands conference for Tyrone on Monday.
In the end, the Lady Rams toughed out a 47-45 victory.
Sydnie Dalton with the game-winning basket with eight seconds left. Tyrone had a chance to tie but missed a chance to tie it with 1.5 seconds left.
Elle Dinges was the high scorer with 16 points.
Kayla Hopkins second high scorer with 10 points.
Ellie Romig third high scorer with eight points.
With the win, the Rams are finally at the .500 mark with an overall record of 9-9 and a league record of 6-7.
