Philipsburg-Osceola baseball team outlasts BEA for win

In a Mountain League slugfest Wednesday, the Philipsburg-Osceola baseball team outlasted Bald Eagle in baseball action 17-11.

Winning pitcher on the night was Bubba Slogoski while the Losing pitcher was Nick Maynard.

PO totaled 12 hits while BEA had 13.

The top BEA hitters on the afternoon was Kael Gardner 3-for-4, 2 doubles, Matt Reese 4-for-4, 2 doubles, triple, HR(5RBI)

and Dylan Bisel-3-for-4,3 singles(3RBI).

PO jumped out to a 12-2 lead.  Bald Eagle fought back to get it to 12-9 only for the Mounties to tack on five more in the 7th.  BEA added two in the 7th to end the game at 17-11.
