Red Raider juniors defeat Clearfield

Jr. High Girls soccer team ​

scored 5 goals to take down Clearfield 5-1

on Thursday night. ​

 

Mallory Smith dribbled through the defense and tapped it past the keeper for the first goal.  Madison Steiner scored 20 seconds into the second half off an assist from Harley Stahl

man.

 

Carolyn Seibel and Kara Bates added a goal each in the next seven minutes.  Bates later added a second goal on a perfectly placed shot from the eighteen.  Cati Besch and Maddie Polkinghorn combined for 2 saves.

The Lady Raiders are now 4-3 and play at Tyrone on today.
