The Huskies had their home opener on Tuesday night when they welcomed Shikellamy inside the “Dawg Pound.”

The Huskies moved to 3-0 in the early season with a dominant 67-51 win at home. The boys led by as much as 19 in the first half, and the game was never closer than 11 in the second half. The team was scorching hot on the offensive side of the ball, with the team knocking down 9 triples and shooting a high clip from the field.
The boys had 4 players in double-figures for the second time this season, with Senior forward Jayden Bilger leading the way with 18 points. Junior Aidan Attivo and Freshman Jack Curry added 15 a piece, and Senior Tagg Silfies also scored 11 points in the win.
In the JV Game, the Huskies won their season opener, 43-24. It was a total team effort, with 8 different players scoring for the Huskies. Junior Jacob Bauman led the way with 9 points.
The Huskies are back in action on Friday night when they welcome Selinsgrove into the “Dawg Pound,” with the JV game starting at 5:30with Varsity to follow.
