Yetter 2-hits Chambersburg as MC picks up victory

Brian Yetter pitched a complete game gem for the Mifflin County baseball team as the Huskies defeated Chambersburg, 2-0.

Yetter allowed only two hits and 10 strike outs en route to the win.

Colby Bodtorf led the offense as he went 2-for-3 with a run.

Yetter helped his own cause as he finished with two hits as well.

Noah Wright and Evan Mock Both tallied the RBIs for “the Purple and Black Attack”.

In the first inning, Bodtorf led off with a single and later scored via a single by Wright, making it 1-0.

Yetter kept the Chambersburg batters at bay.

Mifflin County added it’s second run in the top of the third.

Max Oburn led off the inning with a single to lead off the inning.

Oburn moved up a base on a Bodtorf sacrifice. 

With two out, Mock singled in Oburn for what would be the final run of the game. 

Seven of the Huskies starting line up finished the game with a hit.

With the win, Mifflin County ups its record to 3-2 on the season.
