Another night, another victory for the MC JH Varsity girls basketball team

The Mifflin County junior high varsity girls basketball team notched another victory defeating Middletown 43-24 on Monday. There was a balanced scoring attack for the Huskies as Layla Fetzer led the way with 10 points. Jayda Kanagy, Payton Weaver, and Shaylin Shaffer all added eight points apiece. The team’s record is now 16-2. In the JV game, Mifflin County fell in a tight battle to Middletown 18-15. Addie Velez and Layla Fetzer each scored four points. The team is now 5-12.

Both teams hit the road on Wednesday to take on Milton Hershey.
