Bellefonte softball chalks up another win
Last Friday night, the Bellefonte softball team was able to secure a tight 6-5 victory over a tough Clearfield team at the Lady Raiders’ hone field.
Emily Pugh came in and picked up the victory after replacing Mallorca Smith in the fourth.
Smith relieved Tara Baney in the fourth and pitched briefly.
Lissi Przybys continued her hitting ways smacking 3-hits.
Teammate Angela Capperelle finished with a 2-hit effort and stole a base as well and drove in a run.
Bellefonte grinded out 15 hits en route to the victory.
