Strong showing for Mifflin County boys track team

It was the perfect way to end the month of April for the Mifflin County track and field team. The team traveled to Lock Haven University to compete in their invitational.
The boys team placed third at the Lock Haven University Invitational. They were led by the efforts from a school record setting 4×8 relay consisting of Chayce Macknair, Andrew Montgomery, Garren Wolfgang, and Seth Phillips. Their time of 8:10.06 was good for a third place.
It was a strong showing for the group that seems to be improving and getting ready for the last part of the season.
On the girls’ side, Skylar Ciccolini set a new meet record of 146’1″ in the javelin at the Lock Haven University Invitational.
