Central Mountain tops Eagles for title

WINGATE – In the Championship game of the Bald Eagle Area girls soccer tournament, the Central Mountain girls blanked the Eagles 3-0 to take the title.
The Wildcats held the advantage on shots by a 6-2 margin and also held the nod on corners 4-0.
In the save department, Bald Eagle Area goalie Charlee Harris had scooped up four saves while Central Mountain’s Alyssa Dickey captured two.
BEA record on the season is 4-3-1 overall, and 3-2-1 in the Mountain League.
Next Game: Monday 9/25 vs Bellefonte.
