CM girls tennis falls to Selinsgrove

In its second game of the season, the Central Mountain girls tennis fell to Selinsgrove 4-1.

In the first game, Selinsgrove Fiona Finnerty defeated Kati Kwiatek 6-2 and 7-5.

In match of number twos Selinsgrove again came out victorious as Avery DeFazio defeated Claire Long 6-0 and 6-4

Central Mountain’s only win came at number three as Zeta Blesh topped Eden Miller 6-0 and 6-3.

In first round of doubles the team of Maddie Rowan/Norah Witko. defeated Bree Weaver/ Delaney Cohen 6-0 and 6-1.

In the final doubles action, Murphy O’Brien/Alaina Leisenfeld of Selinsgrove topped Jaelyn Tripp/Teresa Temple 6-1 and 6-2.

Central Mountain’s record stands at 0-2.

They are up again at home tomorrow at 4:00 versus Mifflinburg.
