East Juniata boys use sizzling touch to down Susquenita

Offensively, the East Juniata boys basketball team leveled the competition, defeating Susquenita 64-31 Wednesday night.

Leading the way offensively for the Tigers was Billy Dressler’s 30-point offensive output. Teammate Xavier Clement tallied 14 points in the victory as well.

East Juniata got off to the lead in the first quarter by a 14-5 advantage.

Dressler led the way with a 6-point output.

The scoring from Dressler and the Tigers continued in the second as East Juniata outscored Susquenita 17-7, taking a 31-12 lead into the half.

East Juniata continued the momentum coming out of the break as it once again outscored Susquenita, this time by an 18-12 margin.

In the end, the Tigers were just too tough on this night, limiting their Tri-Valley foe to only seven points while its offense had 15 en route to the victory.
