East Juniata scores first, falls late to UDA

Monday, the East Juniata girls softball team fell to a very tough Upper Dauphin team, 6-1.

Despite the loss, the Tigers still had a strong offensive attack.

Leading the East Juniata offense was Annika Martin (2-for-4, single, HR, 1RBI, 1R), Brenna Watts (1-for-3, single), Ryley Dressler (1-for-3, single), Macy Buskey (2-for-3, 2 singles), Maddie Snyder (1-for-3, double) and Emma Willow: 1-for-3, single).

East Juniata scored first, in the first, Annika Martin posted an early inning round tripper, making it 1-0.

Upper Dauphin tied things in the second and then took the lead in the fourth.

In the fifth, UDA added three more run en route to the victory.
