Juniata falls to Greenwood in Tuesday boys basketball contest
The Juniata boys basketball team fell Tuesday in TVAA action against Greenwood 51-34.
Despite the loss, Juniata got nine points from Ebel Gonzalez and eight points from Caleb Smith.
Opening up the contest, the Wildcats opened quickly to a 16-5 advantage after one.
Greenwood added 15 more in the second while the Indians battled back with 10.
In the second half, the Indians rallied back to take the third quarter by a 10-4 margin, cutting it to a 35-25 deficit.
However, Greenwood was able to take the fourth and take home the victory.
