Juniata rolls in dominant win over James Buchanan

Juniata defense continues to show that its a major force to be reckoned with.

The Indians once again shut out yet another opponent as they topped James Buchanan 42-0.

Offensively, Juniata picked up 14 points in the first quarter and 28 in the second stanza to ease to the victory.

Waylon Ehrenzeller got the scoring started as he put the Indians on the board via a 1- yard run

With the Ben Wagner kick  the Indians led 7-0 at 9:43.

Ehrenzeller  got the call again towards the end of the opening period as he broke loose on an 18- yard run , upping it to a 14-0 advantage at 4:29.

Ehrenzeller finished the game with 82-yards on the ground.

In the second, Ehrenzeller got the nod once again this time from 13 yard out at 11:53.

Teammate Trent Martin got the defensive side on the scoreboard as well scoring on a fumble recovery in end zone at 7:47.

Caleb Smith kept the offense churning as he blasted his way from three yard out, upping the score to a comfortable 42-0 advantage.

Juniata ends the scoring where it started as Ehrenzeller scored the final touchdown for the Indians on a 12-yard run ending the scoring at 2:05.

That would all “Big Red” would need as its defense continued to a dominant force, giving them yet another shut out win.
