MIfflin County Junior High boys finish second at Lock Haven

Saturday morning at the Lock Haven University Middle School Championships, Mifflin County Junior High Boys’ used a 25 second spread to place second in team scoring. The Huskies finished all five scorers in the top 20.

Hart Oden 9th (11:30), Hoyt Rodenbaugh 10th (11:32), Wyatt Kauffman 13th (11:39), Reese Cubbison 14th (11:39), Koy Aurand 20th (11:55)

along with Aidan Scavitti 30th (12:32), Logan Breneman 42nd (13:40), and Dylan Rhodes 52nd (18:12)

“The boys showed a lot of determination and grit today. They got off the line and ran hard,” said Mifflin County coach Greg Loht. “ It was 48 and raining but they kept their focus thru two miles of mud and slippery grass to turn in the season’s best preformance. It was a great way to end the season.”
