Juniata tennis doubles teams compete in D6 championships

The Juniata tennis team competed in the District 6 Class AA championship.

The team of the Indians Connor Peterson and William Hazard won their quarterfinals meet topping Tyrone’s Caleb McKinney and Ronnie Kerr 6-2 and 6-2.

In the Semis, the duo fell to Westmont Hilltop’s Sebastian Masterson and Brett Hoffman 6-0, 7-5.

In the opening round, the Juniata team of Owen Hubley and Chris Martin fell to Bishop McCort’s Carson Boyle and Cam Smith, 6-4, 6-4.
