Lady Indians win again; Gaisior inches closer to history

Another night, another Juniata win.

The Juniata softball team continued its winning ways, as the Lady Indians blanked Halifax 12-0 in five innings.

Offensively, Alexea Frontz finished the night at the plate going 2-for-3, with 2RBI and run scored.

Pitching phenom Liz Gaisior tossed a one-hit shut out while posting 13 strike outs. With her 13 strike outs on the night Gaisior inches closer to reaching the 1,000 strikeout mark, needing only 18 more to hit the historic mark.

Juniata posted a run in the one run in the first and then six in the second to coast to the victory.
