Lady Trojans 10-run Claysburg-Kimmel

They keep chugging along.

The Mount Union softball team continues to hit the bats and on Wednesday, the Lady Trojans topped Claysburg-Kimmel 13-3.

The Trojans pounded out 16 hits on the day.

Kayden Crisswell shines at the plate, going 4-for-4 on the night with 2 RBIs.

Madison Harris also has a perfect night going 3-for-3.

Other Lady Trojans posting multiple hits on the night were McKenna Shields, Destinie Myers and Morgan Brumbaugh all finishing with two.

Mount Union opened the game in grand style, posting five runs.

They added another two runs in the second and then one in the third.

From there, the last two innings outscored Claysburg 5-3 en route to the 5-inning shortened victory.
