MC 13s stay undefeated; tops Frederick, Maryland by 10 runs

Bring out the bats!

The Mifflin County 13-year-old’s offensive presence continues to come out front and center.

Sunday the MC13s churned out another 16 runs as it defeated Frederick, Maryland in the Mid-Atlantic Babe Ruth Championships.

With the win, Mifflin continues its undefeated streak in post season play.

Leading the way with the hot bats were Joel Beamer,Reese Christine and Logan Ruth who all had two hits on the afternoon.

Leading the way for Mifflin County in the RBI department was Nate Parkes with three.

On the mound, Mifflin County handed the ball to Chase Leister who went three strong and sent down four via a strike out.

Elliot Also spent some good quality time on the mound, going one and two-third innings with two strikeouts.
