MC boys falls on road to Red Land

The MC Boy’s traveled to Red Land to take on a tough Patriots team. Mifflin County fell to 3-2 on the year, as Red Land walked away with a close, 50-42 win over the Huskies.
The Huskies cut trailed the entire second half, but were able to cut the Patriots lead to 3 in the 4th quarter, but were unable to get the win.
The Huskies were led by Senior guard Jaylen Bowersox, who scored 10. Freshman Jack Curry also added 8, along with junior Aidan Attivo.
The JV Huskies dropped their first game of the season, falling 31-28 to Red Land. Junior Jacob Bauman led the way with 11 points, with sophomore Easton Zook also adding 7.
Both teams are back in action on Friday night, when Mifflin County welcomes Palmyra to the Dawg Pound. JV tip is set for 5:30, with Varsity to follow at 7 p.m.
