MC girls JH sweeps Hershey

The Mifflin County junior high girls basketball teams defeated Hershey on Wednesday.
In the varsity game, the Huskies won 44-12. Maddie Peachey led the way in scoring with 14 points, while Layla Fetzer added 12 points.
In the JV game, Mifflin County defeated Hershey 25-9. Olivia Bedlyon was the high scorer with 18 points, and Piper Adams scored 4 points.
Both teams hit the road on Thursday to take on Palmyra.
