MC girls lose close road contest to Red Land

The Mifflin County girls basketball team went up against Red Land Friday night in Mid-Penn action.

It would be a close contest but in the end, Red Land would take the contest 45-38.

Amelia Leister led MIfflin County’s offense posting 15 points.

Maelyn Gingrich followed close behind with eight.

In the JV contest, the Lady Huskies won 34-26. Jayda Kanagy finished with 14.
