MC volleyball team sparkles at 3-0

Sweet Perfection!

The Mifflin County Varsity Volleyball team defeated Hershey High School in a tough 3-2 win to advance to 3-0 on the season.

The Huskies were led by Dakota Hershberger with 35 digs and 17 kills, Riley Hine with 8 kills and 3 blocks, Jamilee Gilbert with 18 assists and 4 aces, as well as Liv Suydam with 18 digs and 18 service points.

The scores were 25-20, 19-25, 19-25, 25-18 and 15-8.

The JV team lost 0-2 in tight sets. The Huskies were led by Ella Hartzler with 12 assists, Jensyn Taylor with 4 kills, and Emmaleigh Harmon with 4 aces.
