MC’s Seiler finishes 12th at Mid-Penn Championships
The MIfflin County golf team was represented today by Colby Seiler and Jackson Flood at the Mid-Penn Championships at Dauphin Highland Golf Course in Harrisburg. This tournament is for the top 40 overall players from the regular season, and the top 10 golfers and ties from the Mid-Penn Qualifier held on Monday. This year there were 54 players competing. The top 12 individuals were awarded medals. Colby Seiler finished 12th overall, with a score of 78. Jackson Flood shot 92, which wasn’t his best day, but the course was extremely long and challenging. This was the longest course we played this season by over 400 yards. It was a great finish to the golf season. The future looks bright for MC golf.
