Mifflin County Junior high teams sweep Middletown

The Mifflin County junior high varsity girls basketball team defeated Middletown 44-13 on Monday. Layla Fetzer had a team high in scoring and rebounding with 14 points and 9 rebounds. Maddie Peachey scored 7 points, while Allison Renninger and Gracie Kerstetter each added six. The team is now 5-2 on the season.
In the JV game, Mifflin County was victorious over Middletown by a score of 27-15. Gracie Kerstetter led the way in scoring with 10 points, while Olivia Bedlyon added 6 points. The team is now 4-2 on the season.
Both teams hit the road on Wednesday to take on Milton-Hershey.
