PENNS VALLEY SENIOR OUTSIDE HITTER KAILEN WINKELBLECH TALLIES 500th CAREER DIG

Senior outside hitter Kailen Winkelblech earned her 500th career dig for Penns Valley Thursday night. With 9 digs in the match against Philipsburg-Osceola, Winkelblech continues to leave her mark at Penns Valley, now as the 4th all-time in digs and still climbing.

Penns Valley Volleyball lost a close matchup with Philipsburg-Osceola in straight sets. Leading the Lady Rams were senior middle blocker Cammie Upcraft with 12 kills and 4 blocks and senior outside hitter Kailen Winkelblech with 5 kills and 9 digs, including her career 500th. Junior setter Julia Emel had a strong night with 19 assists and 12 digs. Sophomore libero Maddie Butler tallied a team-high 17 digs, and junior middle blocker Ellie Coursen added 3 kills and 3 blocks for PV.
