Here are the St. Joseph results from the Carlisle Invitational.
The girls’ team finished 27th in the Challenge Race at the Carlisle Invitational. Kathleen Simander (20:45), Kate Youngmark (21:13), and Myah Chappell (21:13) lead the way for the team. Brandi Carmack and Camryn Eby backed them up with strong runs of 22:00and 22:11, respectively, career bests for both.
The boys’ team turned in their best performance ever at the Carlisle Invitational with a 13th-place effort in the Champions Race. Josh Hershbine (17:13), Asa Reynolds (18:17), and Aidan Cross (18:42) had career bests on the course to aid the team. Carter Kaufmann (17:51) had a strong season debut while Isaac Hyman (18:04) continues a stellar senior season. Jonah Clark (19:04) ran a season’s best and Josh Hyman (20:27) closed out the scoring for the team.
The Wolves will be back in action on October 3for a dual at West Branch
