East Juniata boys comes back to take 3-2 overtime win over Halifax

Tuesday night the East Juniata boys soccer team held on for a 3-2 nail biter over OT win in Halifax.

Halifax took the lead early posting two goals in the first half. They were from Connor Keefer and Ethan McCarron.

East Juniata came back with two goals of their own in the second half, sending the game into an overtime period.

Cade Brubaker and Rowan Smith notched the goals for the Tigers, tying things at two and sent it into an extra period.

East Juniata posted the one goal they needed in the first overtime. Jake Brackbill scores on a free kick.

Gannon Ryan posted an assist.

East Juniata had 17 shots on goal.

6 saves for Halifax and 4 for EJ Jacob Lindsey had six saves for Halifax while East Juniata keeper Andrew Hunter had four, respectively.
