East Juniata girls take care of Blackhawks

The East Juniata girls basketball team evened it’s season record to 4-4 Monday as it defeated Susquenita 41-28.
Leading the way Lexi Stuck with nine Marissa Coudriet had 10 en route to the victory. Sara Brackbill contributed an 8-point effort.
The Blackhawks led after the first quarter by a 9-7 margin.
But the Tigers defense stiffened in the second, allowing only three points while its offense posted 10.
Going into the half, East Juniata held a 17-12 advantage.
East Juniata also took the third quarter outscoring Susquenita 13-10.
Continuing with the momentum, the Lady Tigers rounded out the final stanza outscoring the Blackhawks 11-6.
