Juniata bats alive in 19-4 victory over EJ
Everyone loves the long ball!
Those except for opposing pitchers.
Monday night, Juniata slugger Grant Reinhold blasted two home runs en route to his team defeating rival East Juniata in a 19-4 victory.
Picking up the win for the Indians was Carson Kepner.
Offensively, the Juniata bats pounded out 14 hits in the five inning run-shortened contest.
Kepner and Reinhold also sizzled at the plate both pounding out four hits apiece. The two also combined for 13 RBIs (Kepner 5, Reinhold 7).
It would be a 10-run fifth inning that would ice the victory for Juniata in the win.
