Juniata boys victorious in win over Susquenita

The Juniata boys soccer team notched another win Tuesday as they came back from trailing early on, winning 2-1.

Susquenita scored first at the 22:49 mark.

Minutes later, Juniata’s Bryce Rush scored after an assist by Will Saner.

When the dust settled in the first half both teams were knotted at one.

In the second half, the Indians hit the game winner on a Henry Rivas pushed one past Susquenita’s goalie to go ahead.

Susquenita held the advantage on shots on goal by a 9-6 margin while both teams finished with three corners each.
