Juniata girls soccer opens season with win over Line Mtn

It was a nice way to start the season.

The Juniata girls soccer team opened its season by topping Line Mountain 3-1.

Leading off the scoring Victory Frantz received a pass from Ashlyn Pannebaker just inside the top of the 18 and shot above Line Mountains keeper. 

The Lady Indians picked up its second goal when Katey Martin received a pass from Emma Pannebaker at the top of the 18 and took a touch and shot scoring in the lower left corner. 

Pannebaker played a ball to Victory and she shot from the top of the 18 shooting in the upper far post, rounding out the Juniata scoring on the day.

Hailey Kepner recorded 17 saves and faced 25 shots.
