Juniata tennis continues to dominate; tops Tyrone

Set them up ad sit them down.

That’s what the Juniata tennis team has been doing to its opponents recently.

Friday was no exception as the Indians defeated Tyrone in a 7-0 contest.

Adam French led things off as the the number one player defeating Tyrone’s Nick Lewis 6-3 and 6-3.

Juniata’s Gavin Kint won the second singles contest as he defeated Dean Grassi 6-2 and 6-1.

Jack Strawser continued the Indians winning streak with a win over Andrew Sarvino 6-3 and 6-1.

Emmett Hibbs secured a win in the fourth slot, winning over Kelton Raabe 6-4, 3-6 and 6-0.

Xane Whitesel topped Will Grot 6-2.

Things went smoothly for the doubles teams as well, picking up wins as well.
