Lady Raiders continue to shine; drops DuBois

BELLEFONTE – The winning continues.

The Lady Red Raiders have been picking up with quite a few wins as of late and Wednesday night was no exception.

Wednesday, Bellefonte went up against DuBois to notch another win.

And win they did, posting a hard fought 46-38 victory.

Leading the team in scoring was Maddie Tice with 14 points.

Teammate Mia Johnson chipped in with 10 while Bella Corman rounded out the top scorers with nine.

Bellefonte led after one, 14-8.

But it would be DuBois that would outscore the Lady Raiders 8-6.

However, the Red Raiders would go into the intermission, leading 20-16.

In the second half, the offense of Bellefonte was too much for DuBois as it outscored its opponent 26- 22 the rest of the way en route to the victory.
