Lady Rams give PO scare in comeback attack

In the Mountain League, there are no easy games on the schedule.
Just ask the Philipsburg-Osceola Softball team as they found themselves in a battle from beginning to end against a feisty Penns Valley team.
In the end, the Mounties would come out victorious, holding onto the 6-4 victory Thursday.
P-O pitcherKylie Adams picked up the win as she fired 12 strikeouts.
Losing pitcher, Kaylah Thompson finished with three strikeouts, two walks and four hit batters.
Penns Valley fell behind early to the Mounties 5-0 but battled back to score four runs in the last two innings, coming up just short of the cone back.
Penns Valley got multiple hits from Lydia Collison (single, double, run scored), Kaylah Thompson (single, 2 RBIs),Kendra Bumgardner (2 singles, run scored), Ryleigh Cain (HR, 2 RBIs, run scored) and Jordan Anderson (single, run scored).
The Mounties got strong offensive support from Kylie Thal (run scored), Kylie Adams (single, run scored),Madison Lucas (single, 2 run scored), Jayde Burge (2 singles, 3 RBIs), Kendra Carns (single, run scored) and Lacey Potter (run scored).
