Late Thursday score: Lady Raiders top Clearfield in 7-3 contest

With its win against Clearfield Thursday, Bellefonte pitcher Lexi Rogers picked up win number 10 as her Lady Red Raiders offense sizzled winning 7-3.

Offensively, Bellefonte pounded out 12 hits.

Rogers (10-1) went the distance going seven innings, giving up only one earned run while giving up nine hits while striking out 11.

The Bison’s Emma Hipps took the loss as she pitched seven, giving up seven runs on 12 hits while striking out five. 3ER,

Top Hitters for the Raiders were Lily Gardner (3-4, 2B), Tori Reichert (2-4, RBI), Lexi Rogers (2-3, 2B, 2RBI), Sara DeHaas (2-3), Haylie Rimmey (1-3, RBI) and Madison Melius (1-3).

Offensively, Clearfield’s offense were led by Ruby Singleton (2-4), Lauren Ressler (3-4, 2B, RBI) and Alaina Fedder (2-3).
