Penns Valley girls top young BEA squad

The Penns Valley girls continue to take care of business. Monday night, the Rams topped a young group from Bald Eagle Area 56-26.

Offensively, Penns Valley has three players finish in double figures.

Leading the way for Penns Valley on the evening was Bella Culver who posted 13.

Teammate Hannah Montminy followed up with an 11-point effort.

Rounding out the double-digit scorers was Emma Butler with 10.

The home team opened strong as the outscored the Eagles 21-4.

Leading the offense was Culver and Butler with six.

Going into the second period, the Lady Rams continued to score posting a 17-10 output to take a 38-14 advantage going into the half. 

Bald Eagle took the third period, posting a 6-4 advantage in the period.

However, the Rams took the last period by a mark of 14-6 to post the win.

With the victory, Penns Valley improves to 11-4.
