Senior Spotlight: Mifflin County runner Chase Sheaffer

Chase Sheaffer is a senior at Mifflin County High School. He is a member of the Cross Country team, on which he was a 4 time letter winner. Chase’s best 5K time is 16:43. Chase was also a 4 time State Qualifier for the PIAA Cross Country State Championships.

He is the first cross country athlete in Mifflin County High School history to be a 4 time State Qualifier. He also would have been a 4 time letter winner in Track and Field, if the 2020 season would have taken place. Chase is looking forward to continuing his education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he will major in Environmental Sciences. He will also be continuing his athletic career there; He will be a member of the Crimson Hawks Cross Country team!!

Congratulations, Chase on a tremendous high school career! Good Luck in your future endeavors and accomplishments! As your Uncle Justin Henry said “Don’t just dream about Life – Live it!!”
