Sheetz, Mifflin County field hockey tops CD

The Mifflin County field hockey team picked up another win Wednesday afternoon as the Lady Huskies defeated Central Dauphin 2-0.

Hailee Sheetz posted both goals for Mifflin County in the victory as she posted a goal in each half.

In the first half, Sheetz scored an unassisted goal at the 11:58mark.

The second half proved to be another strong defensive effort.

Sheetz posted her second goal at 26:45 thanks to an assist by Keni Kahley.

Mifflin County had six corners and and shots on goal and Coletta Beeler had eight saves. CD had 17 corners and shots on goal and the Central Dauphin keeper had one save.
