State College girls LAX notches playoff road win over Erie McDowell

Moving on!!!

The State College girls lacrosse team defeated Erie McDowell in the District 6/ District 10 playoff game this evening.  The score was State College 16 – Erie McDowell 7.  The score at halftime was SC 7 – EM 4.

Leading the way were Lizzie Paterno (5 goals, 2 assists, 6 draw controls), Leah Moyer (3 goals, assist, 7 draw controls), Sydney O’Donnell (2 goals, 2 draw controls), Phebe Herlocher (2 goals), Anna Collins (goal, 2 assists), Kaylee Schaefer Hood (goal, assist),Caitlyn Keiter (goal) and Clarre Porter (goal).

Goalkeeper Grace Jones finished with 10 saves.

State College moves to  15 – 2 on the season.
