State College LAX drops tough decision to Hershey

The Hershey Girls Lacrosse defeated State College 19-8 this evening, giving the Little Lions’ their first loss of the season.

However, State College got strong performances from Leah Moyer with three goals, Liszt Paterno with two goals and two assists, Sydney O’Donnell with two goals and Ariana Angus, one goal.

Goal keeper Grace Jones had seven saves.

Hershey was led by Katana Nelson with seven goals and one assist. Also picking up a strong game was Elle Pedaci with five goals and an assist while teammate Caroline Glus had five goals.

Rounding out the leaders for Hershey was Carrie Reilly with a goal and an assist.

Goalkeeper Anne Bravacos finished with five saves in goal.

State College moves to 3-1 on the season.
