State GLAX fall to Wilson
On Saturday, the State College girls lacrosse lost a tough contest against Wilson 13-9.
The loss dropped to 7-3 while its still a 3-0 league record in the Mid-Penn.
Picking up goals for State College were Emily Hall (1) Sally Stahl (1) Alyssa Dunlap (2), Carissa Tambroni (1) Caroline Paterno(1) And Elaina Ohlson (3).
Goalie Emilee Engle collected seven saves.
State college’s next game is Tuesday On the road at CD East.
In the JV contest, the Little Lions defeated Wilson in a nail biting 8-6 contest.
Goals for State were Natalie Kissell (1)Claire Porter (1), Ariana Angus (2) Maddie Tambroni(2) and Sidney Washell (2).
The Little Lions got seven saves from Alaina Ohlson.
