The Bellefonte XC team sweeps BEA

Bellefonte and Bald Eagle cross country teams raced today at Bellefonte’s home course of Governor’s Park.  We raced both teams at the same time.  BEA had one cross country runner that earned fourth place.  Attached are the results.  

Team Scores:

Bellefonte Boys: 15

BEA Boys:  50

Bellefonte wins; Mountain League record 4-0

Bellefonte Girls 15

BEA Girls:  50

Bellefonte wins; Mountain League record 2-2

Bellefonte will race against Clearfield and Hollidaysburg next Tuesday, October 5th at Clearfield.  

Also the Bellefonte boys’ team was awarded a plaque that they earned at the Altoona Mountain Lion Invitational from Saturday, September 18th.  They earned first place for the AA boys’ team division and finished 5th overall out of 31 schools.
