The future of Centre County baseball and softball looks bright

The future of the Centre County high school baseball and softball programs are in good hands.

While the fall sports season is off and running, baseball season is adding another chapter to its season in fall ball.

The Bellefonte Little League combined with the Nittany Valley League, Penns Valley League and Bald Eagle get together for the instructional fall ball league.

The league not only is a competitive league but it also is instructional as play is stopped when players might have made a mistake or needed a mental boost to help them be a better players.

Even the umpires are there to lend a hand when a complex play needs help with telling the athletes what the rule of a certain play is.

Good sportsmanship is also evident as the teams are competitive but encourage all the players especially when a player makes a great play of has a great hit.

The future is bright for the players and it will be fun to see how much they have improved going through the system.
