Bellefonte notches road win over Central Mountain

Taking their show on the road, the Bellefonte softball team continues to shine as it defeated Central Mountain at Mill Hall, 6-0.

Red Raiders’ ace hurler Lexi Rogers again finished with double-digit strikeouts with 10 in seven innings. With the win, Rogers ups her record on the season to 12-1. She scattered five hits over that time period.

Offensively, the Lady Raiders blasted eight hits.

Top Hitters for Bellefonte were Tori Reichert (2-2), Lexi Rogers (2-4, 4RBI, HR), Hanna Lauck (2-4, RBI), Maddie Tice (1-4, 2B, RBI) and Madison Melius (1-3, 2B).

Bellefonte (13-1) hosts Tyrone on Friday, 5/14 (Senior Day).
