Central Dauphin tops Lady Huskies

The Central Dauphin girls were too much for the young Mifflin County team Tuesday night.

The Rams topped Mifflin County 51-24.

Leading the way for the Huskies is Hannah Rittenhouse with a 13-point effort.

Central Dauphin was led by Audrey Weigl with 16 while teammate Caroline Shiery with 11.

Things started out close as the Lady Rams held a 9-6 first quarter score.

However, Central Dauphin started to gather steam in the second, blanking the Huskies 11-0 in the second quarter.

When the buzzer sounded to end the first half, Central Dauphin held a 20-6 advantage.

Things didn’t fare much better in the second half for Mifflin County as it was outscored 31-18 en route the Rams victory.
